Where are you placed?

Why you do, ‘What you do’, is at the top of human needs. At this stage the fundamental purpose of life can be experienced, ‘fulfillment’ and ‘peace of mind’.

Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs didn’t stop at Self Actualization, instead, it is Self- Transcendence, the sense of meaning and purpose in life and actions.

Ironically, most people are yet to experience the top three, as they are struggling at the boundary of ‘Belonging and love needs’ and ‘Esteem needs’.

What about the boundary below, between ‘Safety needs’ and ‘Belonging and love needs’? Look around, you will find many, still struggling at that stage.

At which stage are you positioned comfortably for the last five years? What about next ten years?

The corrections in actions are required when sleep difficulties are frequent, the memories of happiness seem distant, and fear in light is persistent.
Ironically, the required corrections were always there, waiting, consciously ignored consistently.

real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.”

“It never ceases to amaze me: we all love ourselves more than other people, but care more about their opinion than our own.”
Marcus Aurelius, Meditations

This is the area of clear differentiation in personal and professional behavior. The above fact is for personal aspects, but in business, we must care for the opinions of our customers, employees, investors and supply chain partners and many others influencers.

What is the right course of action while standing at the intersection of personal and professional?

Maybe, that is the reason life is not considered simple.
